Heather’s terms of service
- Delivery time starts from the day the order is placed until the day the order is delivered to you.
- The delivery process will take two working days for all standard products; for customized products, the process will take 3 working days.
- Working days are from Saturday to Thursday and do not include weekends and official holidays.
- Delivery is free to any emirate, provided that the minimum invoice is 1,000 UAE dirhams.
- If the customer does not complete the process of receiving the product for more than 30 days, we have the right to cancel the order for the product and keep the amount in the customer’s account.
