At Heather, we’re proud of the quality and artistry of our innovative furniture selections. We do, however, provide a hassle-free return policy in the unlikely event that you’re not satisfied with your purchase, in order to ensure your total contentment. Please be advised, nevertheless, that items may only be exchanged or returned if they are damaged, have manufacturing flaws, or do not meet the specifications listed on the website. This implies that if there are flaws brought on by abuse, the product cannot be exchanged or returned.

Return Window

The product may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that it has not been used at all and that it is in its original condition in terms of packaging, components, or attachments, with the customer bearing the shipping and packaging expenses in the event of unpacking (the value is determined according to the product).

Inspection Upon Delivery

You will be able to carefully examine the product(s) in front of the shipping professional when your Heather order is delivered.

Before accepting the delivery, please take the time to carefully inspect the item(s) and the package. 

If there are any obvious flaws, you can cancel the process of receiving the product by not signing at that moment.

The shipping agent can then send Heather the item(s) back.

If you make an online payment for any product from Heather and do not want to receive it from the shipping representative, you will be able to recover the value of what you paid within a period of 5 to 7 business days.

If you wish to exchange one of Heather’s products upon delivery, we will exchange the product within one business day.

Return Process

If you need to initiate a return after accepting delivery, simply contact our customer service team within 14 days to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

You will receive instructions on how to properly package the item(s) for return shipping. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility in acceptable condition, we will promptly issue a refund for the full purchase amount, including any original shipping fees.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exceptions

Customized orders are final sales and cannot be returned unless the item received is defective or damaged.

In general, Heather products can be replaced after using them for a period of time for a fee determined according to the evaluation of our quality department.
